An Organisation DSC is bound to the entity (Pvt Ltd, LLP, partnership, trust, society, or government body) rather than a person. It's what you need when a specific individual signs on behalf of the organisation — bidding on GeM, filing statutory returns, or signing tax invoices. The applicant must be an authorised signatory named on a board resolution or authorisation letter. We handle both the certifying authority checks and the organisational paperwork.

What you get
  • Signature appears in the organisation's name, not the individual's
  • Required for GeM bidding, e-tendering, and e-invoicing above prescribed turnover
  • Combined signing + encryption option protects tender submissions during upload
  • Authorised signatory can be changed on renewal without reissuing the entity's registration
Who this is for
  • Registered Indian entities: Pvt Ltd, LLP, partnership firms, trusts, societies, government departments
  • The applicant must be a director, partner, or explicitly authorised signatory of the organisation
  • Entity must have a valid PAN and (where applicable) GST or CIN

Workflow

How it works

  1. 01

    Documentation review

We verify the resolution and entity documents before submission so nothing bounces back from the CA.

  2. 02

    Authorised signatory KYC

Aadhaar e-KYC and video verification of the person who'll physically hold the token.

  3. 03

    Organisation verification

Certifying Authority verifies the entity against MCA / registration records.

  4. 04

    Certificate issuance

DSC issued in the organisation's name with the authorised signatory's identity attached.

  5. 05

    Token setup

Loaded on a FIPS token, tested on GeM / e-tender portals, and handed over with usage notes.

Realistic timeline

2 working days on average — the extra day compared to Individual DSC is the entity verification step.

When the 1-hour turnaround applies

Our "DSC in 1 hour" claim covers a Class 3 Individual DSC for Indian citizens who walk into our Nagavara office between 10 AM and 3 PM (Mon–Sat) with a valid PAN, an Aadhaar linked to an active mobile number, and are able to complete the Certifying Authority's video verification on the spot. It assumes CCA and Aadhaar UIDAI systems are up and OTPs are received on the first attempt.

  • Organisation, DGFT, ICEGATE, FSSAI and Foreign/NRI DSCs need extra verification and typically take longer — see the timeline above.
  • Doorstep pickup, courier delivery, or after-hours requests add ~4 hours on top of the 1-hour issuance window.
  • Portal outages at the CCA, UIDAI or Certifying Authority are outside our control and can extend timelines.
