Foreign nationals and non-resident Indians can hold Class 3 DSCs — Aadhaar e-KYC isn't the only accepted route. The CCA-approved path uses notarised (or apostilled, if you're in a Hague Convention country) copies of ID and address proof, verified in a video call from your current location. Most of our foreign-national applications are foreign directors of Indian subsidiaries; we've done issuances across the US, UK, Singapore, Germany, and the UAE.

Our "DSC in 1 hour" claim covers a Class 3 Individual DSC for Indian citizens who walk into our Nagavara office between 10 AM and 3 PM (Mon–Sat) with a valid PAN, an Aadhaar linked to an active mobile number, and are able to complete the Certifying Authority's video verification on the spot. It assumes CCA and Aadhaar UIDAI systems are up and OTPs are received on the first attempt.
